At Grace & Growth Candle Co., we take great care in crafting and packaging each candle so it arrives safely and beautifully. We want every customer to feel valued and confident when shopping with us. Please review our policies below to ensure the best experience.
Damaged Candles
Oh no! While our candles are packaged with care, we understand things can happen during transit. In the rare event your candle arrives damaged, please contact us at info@graceandgrowthcandleco.com within 3 days of delivery.
Be sure to include photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can file a claim with the carrier. After we assess the product, a refund or replacement will be issued.
(Please note: carrier claims cannot be processed without photos.)
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14-day return and exchange window, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange for a different scent.
To be eligible:

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges

One-Time Return/Exchange Limit
